… scipy instead of cv2. Add tqdm for a progress bar. Increased GPU_memory_fraction to 0.66666.
Fix Double DQN. Refactor layers to use tf.slim. Change the calculation of exploration rate to be more accurate.

Add compatibility for using scipy resize instead of opencv. Add use of tqdm to keep track of running epochs. Refactor conv and fc to use tf.slim. Fixes implementation of double_dqn to use the correct next observation state.
