A small GUI ( Desktop App ) using Tkinter and OpenCV
1- make new project in pycharm 2- set envirnoment or move to step 3 3- make new file to copy and paste this source code 4- copy and paste this code ( code.py ) 5- you will see errors ( to solve this errors ) import all libraries mentioned in top of soruce code 6- all done if still you face errors try searching google to fix it
