fix:(jans-cli) unable to update openid client getting error

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1.run /opt/jans/jans-cli/config-cli.py
2. select 8 for oauth
3. 1 for openid and 3 or 6 to update openid client
4. add update information
5. See error

Expected behavior
should able to update openid client
please check display name it is not updated
