It's possible the same Person Authn script may have two different acr values. Both of these values should be published on the openid configuration endpoint (.well-known/openid-configuration)

I need a clarification please.

Here is an example of how it could be published:

An ACR can take two or more values, is it right? or it is refered to an script having two alias names.

I guess it's always been true that a certain level might correspond to two different scripts. The example above looks right for that.

Yes, an alias is the right way to think about it. For example a script called sms might have an acr alias of text-message.
