fix(config-api): remove filter matching with agFlowMeta for agama search operations

Describe the bug
Currently the search filter pattern is matched with agFlowQname and agFlowMeta. Need to modify the code to match it against agFlowQname only.

3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See error
