Group Project
Getting Started:
- Clone this repository.
- Complete part 1 and 2 from the following docker documentation page: https://docs.docker.com/get-started/
- Use "npm install" to install the required dependencies.
- Use "npm start" on both the client and the server folders.
- Please reference "README S5 Test Cases.txt" for details regarding end-to-end testing with cypress.
Once Docker is installed:
- Change directories into the client directory.
- Use this docker command to build the docker image: docker build -t getting-started .
- Use this docker command to run the docker image: docker run -dp 3000:3000 getting-started
- Visit localhost:3000 after using the run command to ensure application is up and running.
Version control:
- All commits and pushes are done to the testing branch.
- Reviewed and approved code is then merged into the development branch using a pull request.
