Hide on fullscreen module

The hide on fullscreen option of hyprpanel doesn´t seem to work correctly when being in a youtube video for example or in anything that brings an app to fullscreen like when using this keybind: bind = $mainMod, f, fullscreen when changing workspaces does not bring the bar back and in some cases it completly borks the bar

To Reproduce
start an app and enter full screen mode whether it is via a key-bind or in a YouTube video. and then change from one workspace to the other without exiting full screen.

Expected behavior
Bar should stay hidden in the workspaces with an app in fullscreen and should be shown in the ones without an app in fullscreen

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• Distribution: Arch Linux
• Kernel: Linux 6.6.69-1-lts
• Window Manager/Desktop Environment: Hyprland

Additional context
As seen in the video even tho it's not the same i was experiencing before when switching from a workspace with a fullscreen window to one without in this case no window at all but before it happened with all workspaces the bar dissapear and does not return on it's own unless you change back to a workspace with apps. (this seems to be accentuated by videogames fullscreen mode since the og problem surfaced when trying to play csgo)
