Added the ability to assign shortcuts to all bar modules.

Every bar module now has the ability to assign shortcuts to events such as:

scrollUp
scrollDown
rightClick
middleClick

Most non-custom modules have left click reserved to open menus and others such as media menu have scroll-up and scroll-down reserved to skip tracks, but this PR adds all the non-reserved shortcuts to all modules.
