  • APIs for purposes of Semantic Versioning will be the files that matter to instructors.
  • Java classes and interfaces aren't APIs for this purpose, keeping things loose to allow progress in the product implementation.
  • There has been no release of the open source product yet, so all SemVer bets are off. Emphasize this by labeling as 0.0.1-SNAPSHOT.
