Description:
  When you press SW3, the LEDs will act as a binary counter and the P18 will be low.
  When you press SW2, the LEDs will blink simultaneously and the P18 will be high.

  pin64: RED LED
  pin1: YELLOW LED
  pin2: GREEN LED
  pin4: SW3
  pin15: SW2
  pin18: P18 on P2 header

Usage:
  1. Add main.c, pin_mux_config.h, and pin_mux_config.c in your project in Code Composer Studio
  2. Check gpio_if.c and uart_if.c are in your project in the project manager
