The JBChartView library itself is compatible with iOS 6. I modified the demo a little bit (basically some conditional statements for iOS 7+ APIs) to make it runnable with iOS 6 too.
The platform value in pod spec is set to iOS 6 so that it can be easily integrated into projects targeting iOS 6.
