With the addition of more defect bits, most QA bins have some sort of defect, especially RG-A Pass 2, where every single QA bin has the BSAWrong bit set. These text files therefore have little to no value, so this PR removes them as well as the generation script. The underlying scripts will remain, however, in case they are needed in the future.
