This is an example of using the information from TI blob read by each ROC each event. It makes a test badsync that will count for each event where the event times from each crate don't agree. It would be useful when we are in buffered mode to make sure some crate isn't missing events.
It needs hcana to include the decoder class TIBlobModule which is in the latest hcana.
