Now that the base supported IntelliJ version is 213, this PR will remove the compatibility code for
CaretVisualAttributesthat supported the pre-212 shapes API. It removes the helper reflection code, and refactors theCaretVisualAttributesHelpercode. No logic changes other than refactoring.
