Formularr1 Alpha v0.0.01

This is the first release that is in very early stages but does function fully under my tests.

Its compile for Linux and needs to be ran on the server with Sonarr on it for linking reasons and only works currently with qBittorrent Client

Please setup appsettings.json before running ./Formularr1

When running it you should see the below output.
