The purpose of this PR was to add some new categories for red flagging a publication.

Acceptance Criteria:

  • New red flag options are available for:
    • Undeclared use of generative AI
    • Not published in Octopus format
    • Linked from irrelevant publication

Checklist:

  • Local manual testing conducted
  • Automated tests added
  • Documentation updated
