Release of the Weights-File for the different Yolo-Versions

To use attached Weights-Files - put it in the Backup-Folder of your cloned repository. It is recommended to use bwh2_last.weights and tiny-Yolov-version as it has the best recognition ability.
The other weights-Files are attached to improve recognition on better hardware or to check actual state of development.
