The program brn.py assumes the existence of a dataset in torch format that is already normalized. I won't be providing these standard datasets, but torchvision now supports downloading them (e.g. SVHN <https://pytorch.org/docs/master/_modules/torchvision/datasets/svhn.html>), and brn.py can easily be modified to accommodate that format.
