Turns out libNVVM has undocumented
-Xoptand-Xllcoptions to forward flags to the underlying LLVM drivers (and also-Xlnkwith libNVVM from CUDA 12.4), which we can use to set-mattr=+ptxXY. Very unsupported, of course, but at least this may enable some experimentation with libNVVM.
