I think this is good to go? CI test failures comes from curl.exe, which occurred before this PR too: https://travis-ci.org/github/JuliaIO/NRRD.jl/builds/648090945 |

Libz.jl now recommends using CodecZlib.jl instead. Furthermore, on NixOS, CoecZlib works while Libz does not.
All tests pass and verified that I can open a compressed NRRD file.
