While playing around with ProximalOperator adapter I noticed that our L2Regularization term actually implements the squared L2 norm and proximal map. Which is also what we actually want to use, but the naming is inconsistent with the L1 term.
This PR renames L2Regularization to SqrL2Regularization and adds the "normal" L2Regularizaiton term
