unable to build ZMQ with Julia git Version 0.3.0-prerelease+585

I am trying to learn Julia. But I am not able to install ZMQ , I need it for IJulia. I am getting following error

This appears to be related to JuliaWeb/URIParser.jl#6. Could you run Pkg.update() and try installing again.
