See e.g. https://travis-ci.org/JuliaArrays/StaticArrays.jl/jobs/527128997#L728. This happens in the QR decomposition tests, https://github.com/JuliaArrays/StaticArrays.jl/blob/master/test/qr.jl. This file can be included separately to see the failure.

The failure was first observed in https://travis-ci.org/JuliaArrays/StaticArrays.jl/jobs/522456436 (a daily StaticArrays master cron job build from 12 days ago with 1.3.0-DEV.78).
