What... tests pass here? I guess because I am only testing REPL and it has something to do with what tests ran before it?

Guess I have to do a CI bisect with the full test suite. How annoying.

So this hangs even with 0 new relevant commits compared to release-1.12. So either something happened with the workers or there was something intermittent that I never saw before. However, the hang seems to happen very consistenly so it is suprising.
