update GSoC2022 for JuliaImages #1532

@timholy won't be available this year, I'll be optionally in if there exist students who are independent enough to work out the project. Nevertheless, it makes sense to update this page a little bit.

  • wide-range demos project is removed as it's becoming too easy a task; students who apply this project are almost certainly get failed. I prefer to leave this as an exercise for students who wanted to get familiar with JuliaImages
  • ImageMagick project is removed as we're going to sunset this package in the near future
  • ImageIO project updated: EXIF, GIF, JPEG 2000 are wanted
  • OpenCV project updated: it's almost done but we need someone with familiarity with OpenCV to continue this project
  • QRCode project added

@johnnychen94 can you add if each project is 175 hrs or 350 hours?

- wide-range demos project is removed as it's becoming too easy an task;
  students who apply this project are almost certainly get failed.
- ImageMagick project is removed as we're going to sunset this package in the
  near future.
- ImageIO project updated: EXIF, GIF, JPEG 2000 are wanted features.
- OpenCV project updated
- QRCode project added

It's hard to give an estimation here since students might have different skills and interests; I prefer to discuss such details with students during their application when they propose concrete ideas. I added a very rough piece of note in b1951a3, hope this could explain a bit.
