General registry segfault #569

Describe the bug

My package fails to register in the General registry as it keeps segfaulting for no reason. My CI works fine, and I don't have any issues with different machines. I have spent the day trying different configurations for my pip dependencies, all leading to the same obscure segfault

Looks like it's a PythonPlot.jl issue, closing
