Describe the bug
A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

The legal markdown files are currently outside the /docs/ and need to be fixed.

1 - They need to be converted into mdx files.
2 - Added into the Docs collection under /legal/.
3 - Configuration needs to be updated to include them in the sidebar.
