SocketException is thrown when updating mods without internet connection #1070

What was the expected client behaviour from this? Do you think this should be changed to something else? |
An error displaying saying "Oops, we couldn't connect to the Internet" or similar is probably desirable here. Any time a user actually sees a Kraken or exception, it's almost certainly a legit bug. We should be wrapping these, even if it's just to present the same information in a less scary form. |
