Definitely needs more details and revision, but hey, that kinda thing goes for every first draft. I'd consider this decent enough for a first version. It just tells you what the different between Issues and Discussions is here, which imo is pretty important considering I didn't even know prior to making this.
Perhaps we can put something at the top of the two issue templates that links to this?
