What does this PR do?

Improves the documentation quality of the tasks endpoint by introducing the followings:

• Removed trailing slashes
• Added google docstrings

Consideration :

• Removing trailing slashes helps to reduce duplicate content issues such URLs
• Using google style docstrings document the code formally
