Reorganize to group together 奞 in 奮, which lines up better with etymology #428

According to wiktionary, the top two components are a single etymological unit:

Ideogrammic compound (會意/会意): 奞 (“bird”) + 田 (“field”) – bird spreading its wings to fly.

Thank you for this fix which is definitely an improvement. The "position=" field should refer to the position within the larger group. Also the final group was redundant. I've put the same changes into the Kaisho variant.
