Changes to the shapes to bring KanjiVG in line with the 2004 changes to the standard.
These are those kanji where there was no shape like the new version anywhere, so i had to do those changes by hand.
I am sure that not all of those shapes are perfect, but they all look good enough to me. One commit per character to make discussing specific shapes easier.
