%agent: A(x)
%agent: B(l,r)
%agent: C()

%init: 100 A(x!1),B(l!1,r)

A(x!1),B(l!1) -> A(x!1),B(l!2),B(l!1,r!2) @1
B(l!_,r!2),B(l!2,r!1),B(l!1,r) -> B(l!r.B,r!2),B(l!2,r!1),B(l!1,r),C() @1

The second rule is detected as unreachable.
The reason is that the pattern: B(l!_,r!1),B(l!1,r) is not discovered at the second application of the first rule.
