AOT Header Issue

The AOT headers which should indicate the amount the instrument moved are significantly off. This was revealed in the clean_makecoo() function in which the initial guess from that header was > 15 pixels off. This might be do some sort of issue where the hardware and software reported values aren't aligned.

I am finding the same thing. Please see attached plot
