  • 增加基于lua的扩展app机制，支持通过扩展为KikoPlay添加更多功能，目前提供以下扩展：
    • bangumi收藏助手，在完播时自动同步bangumi进度
    • Tv Live，支持观看m3u8直播源
    • 字幕搜，从字幕库等网站搜索下载字幕
    • App测试，展示了KikoPlay向app提供的各种api，供开发者参考
  • 增加基于mvtools的补帧配置(参考mpv_lazy)
  • 其他各种调整/bug fix
