###1 Summary of the project This project is a news website, which allows users to read articles, post comments and vote on articles and comments.

###2 You will need to install npm packages for the project.
###4 To clone the project to your local machine and run it locally you will need to:
- Clone the project to your local machine
- Open the project in your code editor and create two .env files for your project: .env.test and .env.development. Into each, add PGDATABASE=, with the correct database name for that environment (see /db/setup.sql for the database names).
- Open the terminal and run the command npm install to install the required dependencies.
- Run the command npm run setup-dbs to create the databases.
- Run the command npm run seed to seed the databases.
- Run the command npm run test to run the tests.
- Run the command npm run start to start the server.
- Open your browser and navigate to localhost:9090/api to see the available endpoints.
