iDifficulty v0.1.1: Backwards Compatibility & Deepslate Ores

This release improves on the previous initial version (v0.1.0) by adding deepslate ores to the list of blocks that have a chance to drop doubled items and by expanding the compatibility from Minecraft 1.17+ to Minecraft 1.13+
