A HomeAssistant custom integration to monitor Pulsar smart metering devices

Supported devices are:

Water meters with RS-485 interface and 'pulsar-m' type (Example: Water meter DU15 with RS-485)

Component working with HomeAssistant 2023.1 version or newer
