the team discussed this yesterday and decided that the stalebot is causing more problems than it's solving (blowing up our github inboxes, closing issues we didn't actually want closed, marking things stale that were still active issues, also frustrating open source contributors (sorry everyone!), assigning issues to people unexpectedly, etc.)
