Summary

What's new in LuaRocks 3.9.2:

  • build.builtin: added support for clang on Windows (feat(plugin) Adds upstream_latency as an option to Statsd plugin #1466)
  • path.path_to_module: accept custom extensions in package.(c)path (Release/0.9.0rc2 #1468)
  • Create SECURITY.md
  • Do not auto-add "bug" labels to new issues
  • fix test --prepare with non-busted rocks (tests: order plugins tests + better start/stop helpers + linting #1453)
  • update CHANGELOG
  • Fix badge in the README
  • cfg: follow standard enviromental variables
  • tests: run quiet curl in mock API calls
  • luarocks test: add nil check
  • tests: only run luasocket rollback test on minimal environment
  • CI: bump gh-actions-lua to master to use Lua 5.4.4
  • tests: run full tests with LuaSec
  • luarocks test: check all dependency kinds
  • persist: create directory for file to be saved
  • mingw: default to x86_64 compiler on 64-bit Windows
  • CI: run test workflow on pull requests
  • tests: Use upstream provided GH Action for Luacheck
  • update copyright notice
  • avoid crash if variables.LUA* are unset
