CEGMA v2.5

This release fixes a couple of bugs and tidies up some of the CEGMA code (as well as moving it to control under GitHub). This will likely be the last ever release of CEGMA v2 as we try to focus our efforts on securing funding to rewrite the entire CEGMA code base, and add new functionalities to the software.
