Remove Class-Path attribute from kotlinx-coroutines-debug jar

This section was a legacy from the very beginning and was an unknown part of our publication process: it was automatically added by shadow plugin, but it doesn't carry any value for our particular use case when kotlinx-coroutines-debug is passes as -javaagent to Kotlin app.

The solution is to remove it in the next major release within RC cycle to timely catch any possible (though unlikely) regressions
