seperate presenting logs by steps
each steps sections should have its metadata so the second tab is redundant

significantly improved presenting job logs, addresses #238
9e79a23 
- added reporting step status for each tool type
- fixed handling compilation errors of workflow schema
- fixed handling exceptions during step execution in agent
