📝 Description
This PR introduces a utility for the creation of Surrogate Boundary BReps geometries. The new functionality allows defining BRep surfaces and curves to define the "trimmed" domain.
Specifically, this utility will be called from the SBM modeler (in the next PR) after identifying the surrogate boundary location. And this will be the last stage of the nurbs_sbm_modeler.
