First public test

The initial release for public testing.

Usage:

• Download the file and install per command ("Install from VSIX...")
• Add projects via command "Dashboard: Add Project"
• Dashboard can be opened either by opening a new VSCode window without folder or file or via command "Dashboard: Open"
• Command "Dashboard: Edit Projects" can be used to edit and rearrange projects.
• Command "Dashboard: Remove Project" should be self-explanatory
