branch protection

may I ask how you set up the protection and what's your protection settings of your main branch? cuz I suck at this and I can't get it right

github keeps asking me to bypass rules to push but I guess it's the checks thingy

Oh it does that to me all day, on repo's without annoying branch protection no such annoyannce occurs
