Just updated the help text for single_4gev_e_upstream_tagger() to correctly match the starting position with the theta angle (previously had help text specifying wrong theta).

I fixed the help text in single_4gev_e_upstream_tagger() to correctly match the gun position with the particle angle. Previously the help text didn't have the correct angle however the function did have the correct pairing of position/angle.
