This example demonstrates how to use C# to retrieve the Municipal Market Monitor (TM3) bulk file via the Delivery Platform—also known as the Data Platform or RDP using the Client File Store (CFS) API service.
Please note that this code is intended for demonstration purposes only and is not optimized for production use.
This example requires the following dependencies.
- Visual Studio 2022 IDE.
- .NET SDK version8.
- RDP access credential with your TM3 Package ID.
- Internet connection.
Please contact your LSEG representative to help you to access the RDP account and TM3 access.
The first step is to unzip or download the example project folder into a directory of your choice, then set up the environment by the steps below.

Create a file name .env inside the TM3Console folder with the following content
MACHINE_ID=<RDP Username> PASSWORD=<RDP Password> APP_KEY=<RDP App Key> PACKAGE_ID=<Your Bulk Package ID>

Open the TM3Console.sln solution file on Visual Studio 2022 IDE.

Run the project using Visual Studio IDE.

The TM3 bulk file will be downloaded to TM3Console\bin\Debug\net8.0 folder.

Open the Command Prompt and go to the project's TM3Console folder.

Create a file name .env inside the TM3Console folder with the following content

Open the TM3Console folder via a command prompt application

Run the following command to build a solution
