  • Updates all dependencies to latest minor versions, with the exception of:
    • hmlr-frontend left on latest patch due to import error
    • rollup left on old minor due to test failures
  • Use current Node LTS "Iron" release 20.x
  • Use Node 20 in GitHub Actions
  • Fixed linting errors

Other updates will be needed when making the major version jump to hmlr-frontend v2.x and govuk-frontend v5.x.
