### Compilation is slow, torch-sys seems to be rebuilt every time cargo gets run.
See this [issue](https://github.com/LaurentMazare/tch-rs/issues/596), this could
be caused by rust-analyzer not knowing about the proper environment variables
like `LIBTORCH` and `LD_LIBRARY_PATH`.
